Dr. Tiffanni Forbes is a board-certified internal medicine physician. Internal medicine is the specialty of adult primary care and complex, long-running conditions, which means she spent decades doing the unglamorous work of listening to patients describe what is actually going on and figuring out what to do about it. That is the background she brings to medical cannabis certification.
She now focuses her practice on certifying patients for the state medical cannabis programs in Georgia and Texas, the two states where she is licensed. She is not licensed anywhere else and does not see patients outside those two states.
Why a single physician, and not a service
National certification companies work by volume. You book, you are routed to whichever provider is available in your state that hour, you have a short conversation, and then the relationship ends. If a question comes up three weeks later, there is a support inbox.
This practice is built the other way round. There is one physician. She conducts every appointment herself, so the person who reviews your history is the person who certifies you and the person you follow up with. That continuity is the point, and it is the reason patients pick a practice like this one over a national service.
How appointments work
Appointments are by telehealth, either over the phone or by video, whichever you are more comfortable with. Most patients choose the phone. You do not need to travel to the office, and patients anywhere in Georgia can be seen the same way. Dr. Forbes reviews your history, talks through what you have already tried, answers your questions, and explains what the state program does and does not cover.

Where she practises
Georgia and Texas
Dr. Forbes is licensed in Georgia and in Texas, and those are the two states she sees patients in herself. Georgia patients are seen statewide by telehealth, from the Atlanta metro out to Richmond County and everywhere between. Texas patients are seen by telehealth as well.
